Mary Taylor Raulerson Joins KAI

KAI is pleased to announce the addition of Mary Taylor Raulerson to the team. As KAI’s newest Principal Planner, Mary will be based in Orlando, Florida, while she continues to serve clients nationwide. She brings nearly 20 years of experience in land use and transportation planning with special expertise in delivering livable transportation and transit projects. Mary offers extensive multimodal experience involving rail systems, busways, highways, national parks, scenic highways, and bridges.

Mary has a proven track record of working with multidisciplinary teams to develop transportation and land use solutions that are community-driven, sustainable, and meet agency needs. She has extensive experience in working with Departments of Transportation in developing context-sensitive solutions that support community goals and future visions, are affordable, and provide sound economic development opportunities. She works with DOTs and other transit agencies to develop and implement transportation policies that focus on the integration of land use and transportation decisions and investments.
